"I was given a flyer of Cuisine Culture by a colleague and saw the pick up prices to be reasonable. We decided to order something for lunch and made our order via WhatsApp which was responded to very quickly. We went to collect and our meals were already waiting. The food was well cooked and had good portions. I had the steak with roast potatoes and salad. The steak came with the gravy, whilst my colleague whom had the fish said it was tasty but the pasta had no sauce so maybe need to add some sauce to it. All in all a great experience."

"Venue: cozy setting. Not fine dining. Rather noisy. Not so french feeling. One toilet was gwell maintained. --- 7.3/10 Service: like a family run. Not a professional type, but they tried their best. Water was provided after to be seated. Food served fast in correct order. Friendly staff. Tend to let us share dishes. Not fine dining standard. --- 7.6/10 F&B: Bilingual menu. Good presentation but not delicated. Normal portion. Prices are slightly on high side but acceptable. - Baked Escargot with Garlic & Herb, $138: not enough potato mash beneath the snail shell. It's also not silky enough. --- 7.3/10 - Gratinee French Onion Soup Toast & Gruyere, $88: not much butter flavor. --- 7.5/10 - French Duck Confit & Duck Fat Potato, $228: served with simple Balsamic Vinegar dressing salad. Duck Fat Potatoes were good. The confit Duck Leg with crispy skin wasn't moist inside. --- 7.9/10 - Seafood with Black Ink Spaghetti, $208: paste was al dente. There were 3 scallops and 1 king prawn and cherry tomatoes. We supposed there're at least 3 kinds of seafood. But, cooked well. Ice cream had nuts. --- 8.3/10 - Apple Pie with Ice cream, $88: the presentation wasn't attractive. Puff pastry wasn't homemade. Apple was softened. Not so professional. Home cook style. --- 6/10 - Chocolate Fondant with Ice cream, $88: The Fondant was spot-on. -- 8/10 Soft drink, $32/can: it's better when buy 1 get 1 free. As we were given a cans of soft drinks without ice cubes/ straws. Not so fancy in a French cuisine restaurant."

"A gem in an unexpected location. Cuisine Culture is upstairs in a very old unassuming building in Central. You can be forgiven for thinking it’s the wrong building. The menu has a great selection, the price is good and most importantly the food tastes great. Service on the night we went was slow although they only had one waiter who was run off his feet. Decor looks dated but again, the food was a great French cuisine. I would visit again both as a couple and also as a larger group. The layout works really well for a group to take a section of the restaurant. Update Feb 2026: Visited Cuisine Culture as part of a larger group for a birthday celebration. It was great to see the restaurant was fully occupied. It was their first day opening again after they took a break during the Lunar New Year. Great food again, very positive feedback from my group who had not dined here before. One thing I really like about Cuisine Culture is that the owners are husband and wife who work there. It's a real hands on venture where you can feel the passion for what they are doing. Keep up the great work, looking forward to further visits in the future."

"This cozy little gem offers a refreshing take on French cuisine—elegant, nourishing, and unmistakably heartfelt. The concept is simple yet rare: every dish is crafted with olive oil, giving traditional French fare a lighter, health-conscious twist. And for dessert? The highest praise a Hong Kong diner can offer—“not too sweet.” Gratinée French Onion Soup A soul-warming start. The broth is rich and deeply caramelized, with onions that melt into velvet. The gratinée topping—golden, bubbling cheese over a crisp olive oil-brushed crouton—adds just the right indulgence without heaviness. It’s comfort in a bowl, minus the guilt. Fig and Walnut Salad A masterclass in balance. Sweet figs, earthy walnuts, and peppery greens are dressed in a delicate olive oil vinaigrette that sings with acidity and fragrance. It’s the kind of salad that feels like a main event, not an afterthought. Slow-Cooked Wagyu Beef Cheek in Red Wine with Baguette This dish is a quiet triumph. The wagyu cheek is impossibly tender, having surrendered to hours of slow cooking in a red wine reduction that’s both bold and nuanced. The baguette—crisp outside, pillowy inside—is perfect for mopping up every last drop. It’s rustic French elegance, reimagined for the health-conscious palate. Spaghetti with Porcini and Garlic A vegetarian delight that doesn’t skimp on flavor. The porcini mushrooms are meaty and aromatic, their umami amplified by slow-sautéed garlic in olive oil. The pasta is al dente and generously coated, yet never greasy. It’s a dish that whispers rather than shouts, and its restraint is its strength. Apple Pie with Ice Cream Here’s where the restaurant truly understands its audience. The pie is flaky and fragrant, with apples that retain a gentle bite. The sweetness is subtle—just enough to satisfy, never enough to overwhelm. Paired with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream, it’s the kind of dessert that earns the coveted local compliment: “not too sweet.” And yes, it’s every bit as good as that sounds."

"The vibes were so chill, super stylish, perfect for a gathering with friends. We ordered a few dishes, and everything was top-notch, seriously a memorable meal! French Onion Soup: The soup was so rich and flavorful, the onion sweetness was perfect, and the crispy bread was a perfect match! Salmon Avocado Salad: The salmon was so fresh, and the avocado was perfectly creamy, such a light and refreshing starter! Wagyu Beef Cheek: This just melted in your mouth! So juicy and flavorful, seriously amazing. Spaghetti with Porcini & Garlic: The spaghetti was perfectly al dente, the porcini sauce was rich and decadent, and the garlic aroma was divine! I couldn't stop eating it! Apple Pie with Ice-cream: Warm apple pie with cold ice cream – the perfect combination of warm and cold, such a delightful mix of textures, the perfect ending to the meal! Every dish was beautifully plated, totally Instagram-worthy! The staff were also super nice and attentive, which made us feel so welcome."

"Nestled in the heart of Central, this restaurant is a delightful haven for office workers seeking a taste of France within office lunch break. With a cozy atmosphere and a menu that balances quality and affordability, it’s the perfect spot for a leisurely lunch during a busy workday. Duck Liver Mousse Crème Brulee served with Baguetti is a standout. The mousse has a rich, buttery texture that melts in your mouth, beautifully enhanced by its slightly sweet crème brulee topping. The baguetti is crisp and fresh, providing the ideal contrast to the smooth mousse. It’s a unique twist that intrigues the palate and sets the stage for the meal. Gratinée French Onion Soup Toast & Gruyere Cheese is hearty, with deeply caramelized onions that impart a sweet, savory flavor. Topped generously with Gruyere cheese, the toasty layer adds a wonderful crunch. Perfect for warming up on a chilly day, this dish feels both comforting and indulgent. Spaghetti with Wild Mushrooms & Black Truffle Paste is a must-try. The wild mushrooms are sautéed to perfection, releasing their earthy flavors into the dish. The black truffle paste adds an aromatic depth, making each bite luxurious. This pasta dish is satisfying and filling, yet light enough to leave you refreshed for the afternoon. Roasted U.S. Boneless Whole Spare Rib served with French Fries is tender and juicy, seasoned beautifully, and roasted until it reaches a perfect caramelization. The accompanying French fries are crispy and golden, a classic pairing that complements the richness of the rib. Apple Pie with Ice Cream is a delightful choice. Served warm, it boasts a flaky crust and a generous filling of spiced apples. The scoop of ice cream on top adds a creamy sweetness that balances the tartness of the fruit. It’s a comforting conclusion to a perfect meal."
